In this episode, two food items were introduced - Otak-Otak & Ice Kachang

A little follow-up on the food items introduced.

Otak-Otak

That is a Malay food over here in Singapore.

It is made of fish and taste very spicy!!

However, to some Singaporeans here,

they felt that Otak-Otak is not spicy at all. Sugoi desu ne!

I have also found out that in some hawker centres here in Singapore,

they sell Otak-Otaks that are not spicy at all and the fish meat is white.

Next is~

Ice-Kachang!!!

That dessert is made of shaved ice and red bean.

The ice was beautifully colored with pink, green and brown colourings.

I was very surprised to see the fillings under the ice!!!

There were corn, jelly and more red bean ≧▽≦/))

It was really shi.a.wa.se to be able to taste those food in Singapore!
